Terms of Rental
· You must be of legal age, with a valid drivers licence.
· We require 2 pieces of ID and a $1000 deposit on your Visa or Mastercard prior to departure
· Upon return, the deposit will be refunded if the equipment and accessories are all returned in as good condition as received. Any damages, repairs, replacement or cleaning costs will be deducted from your deposit. All equipment is rented with a full tank of premium fuel and oil, and are to be returned full with the same.
· A deposit equal to 50% of the rental price is required to confirm your booking.
· A 48 hour cancellation notice is required in order to ensure your refund.

· Rentals start a 8:00 a.m. on the day of pick-up, we charge for time rented, not time used.

A rental must be returned within the time specified so that it has time to be inspected, and if needed, cleaned and serviced before the next renter takes it out.
· We are open for business from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. most days, but early pick-up can be arranged if enough notice is given. We can not take after-hour returns and if they occur, extra fees will be charged (unless previously arranged). |
